Emily loves sitting down with fellow entrepreneurs, diving into their financial strategies, and uncovering ways to thrive. Founding BizSense has allowed her to set her own boundaries, enjoy flexible work hours, and explore the world - freedoms she’s eager to help her clients achieve. With BizSense, Emily is dedicated to guiding millennials towards financial independence and a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.

DIRECTOR

Erik Ridley is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with close to decade of experience across corporate finance and professional advisory. He has held management roles in a multinational technology start-up and at a mid-tier accounting firm, leading finance teams and advising ASX-listed and multinational clients on financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, M&A and valuation, and capital-raising. Before commencing at Bizsense, Erik worked in the corporate finance division of a Big 4 accounting firm, advising on transaction due diligence.

Teresa is the organisational heart of BizSense, keeping our days running smoothly and ensuring every client interaction feels seamless. She supports the team with care, attention to detail and helping clients feel looked after from the moment they reach out.
